We are able to accept unused Forje Chef Knives in the original packaging within 30 days from ship date. Refunds, minus the shipping cost for the return, will be processed upon condition that the knife passes a Forje technician’s inspection upon receiving the knife.

The customer is responsible for any customs, duties, and/or import taxes or tariffs that may apply.

Orders are typically processed within one-five business days.

Because we work to have quick turnaround times for our customers, you can cancel your order for up to one hour after it has been submitted.

To maximize the life of the knife, follow these care instructions.

• Use a proper cutting board
• Clean your knife by hand only and after each use; steering clear of scrub pads and abrasive cleaners. Do not put in the dishwasher!
• Thoroughly dry after cleaning
• Keep the blade sharp
• Store safely in a dry space such as a knife block or sheath

• The Forje Knife blade is made out of CPM MAGNACUT
• The Forje Knife handle is from North America. We are currently using walnut, but may expand to other wood types; please check the description of the knife for wood and material details before purchasing
• The wood of the Forje Knife handle is stabilized with epoxy which protects it against swelling and bacteria
• All stainless steel hardware
• Every knife hardened to 60HRC to achieve maximum durability and edge retention.

We stand behind the quality of our products by offering a lifetime warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty applies to the original purchaser. If you bought one of our products in the secondary market, restrictions to the warranty will apply.

Our warranty excludes:

• normal wear and tear
• damage from inappropriate use or care
• accidental or incidental damage including broken or bent tips; staining or corrosion to the blade; or any cosmetic scratches, chips, or dents to the handle or blade that occur during normal use
